You chose to openly post in and SUPPORT a libelous thread started by JJ entitled "Marvin Raber horse thief".
You had ZERO facts in the case and jumped on the proverbial bandwagon.
Who did "Wendi" give the horse to?. Covering up this persons name lends tons of weight to my theory that a former jealous owner and former jealous trainer tried to scam the horse back after discovering Marvin Raber got the horse going.
My opinion is there is no and NEVER was an injury to the horse, the whole story was a fabrication to smear Marvin Raber and scam the horse back to Wendi.


As far as Fuzzy goes, drink another bottle of scotch and go back to 4th grade.

Four Staarz Valley was not taken in any way. He was bought. The other owner did not properly do the paperwork and Ohio has a lien law in place for this type of circumstance. Marvin Raber owns the horse and probably will indefinitely. He is allowed to race, bottom line.

I've been cleaning my carpets all morning long and I am not in a good mood to start with. Any poster who pisses me off any further will be shown the exit.
