Among them is former Traffic Court Judge Willie Singletary, who had been kicked out of office for showing cellphone photos of his genitals to a female clerk. .

Years ago I was stopped for an alleged violation. (I was innocent!)  I asked the cop, "Do you know Joe Blow. I play baseball with him"?  He let me go.  When I next saw Joe he said, " You should have bought him breakfast"  So, I gave Joe a double saw buck to give him.  I don't think that sort of stuff goes on in Chicago anymore! rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1
