I wish there was someway that all racing fans & bettors could spend a day or two around a working stable and see what's involved in keeping a horse fit for a 2 minute race each week. And, witness just how much we horsemen cherish the horses that keep us in business.

Horse folks are a different breed than what regular America has to offer. They're way better than what I see in "corporate America". They don't lie. They are good, hard-working people. Not what you see at Wal Mart every day, &, what's best,  they're not full of shit, like most Americans. They see what they see, voice their opinion, and face the consequences. They seem to be more capable of taking responsibility for their actions. Just my opinion. I could be wrong. Not usually.

Jeremy, I assure you not trying to start a thing.
I take a hardline on the bad guys and sometimes I get blind bridle on and forget that 95% of the players are straight and narrow.

I have top admit I chuckled at this. Nothing wrong with a hard line on the bad guys, but you have at times appointed yourself judge and jury on some horsemen. If 95% are straight and narrow, then don't the other 5% deserve the innocnet until proven guilty tag>
