Louisville, Kentucky- For the 2nd straight year the Breeders Cup will be contested at Churchill Downs. The 2008 & 2009 editions were held at Santa Anita. I mention that as a drop back because much of my handicapping in 2009 was based on the 2008 bias and results. Last year, the rail appeared dead which played unfavorable to speed horses. In fact, a speed horse that did win took the 4 path (Big Drama) as an example. Unfortunately, weather can completely change this year
