Server Maintenance 2-16-2013

Hello Everybody,
                We're going to do some server maintenance on Saturday Feb 16, 2013.
Approximately 4:00 A.M. EST (-5:00 GMT).

It should only take a few minutes for the actual update.

The way the forum is seen or functions will not change.
