I've back what I say up with actual facts and figures which have been documented............all you have said is hearsay and rumor.

So you are basically saying horse trainers are so highly intelligent they can outsmart some of the most sophisticated labs and technicians in the world?
 
 

  These wonderfully sophisticated labs and techs couldn't even detect the over 1700 violations that Pena has.  These are known as threshold violations of "theraputic" drugs. And to think that he is the only one that got away with it for so long is staggering, yet ignorant.  Wonder why the Euros decided to race drug free, and we have not?  Umm...it's because our sport is already clean?

Then again........if what is in these records is actually "daming"...........I guess Pena DID get caught........unlike what Bungalow Bill would like us all to believe.........."they" don't continue to run wild.


Why no mention of the vet?

  Single me out, when the whole industry is in decline for these very reasons?  "they" do indeed continue to run wild.  The fact no designer drugs were detected should be a hint..Hell, they couldn't even detect the LEGAL drug overages they are alleging in this ruling, could they?  Where are all the pre/post race positives on these horses?  Well?  Ya reckon they could find designer drugs to boot?  Really?  Trust me, I am not alone in this obvious assesment, so in the future attack the problem and not the poster.  Perception IS reality, and the facts thus far suggest a governing body that is out of control, cannot/has not enforced it's own rules, and can't even pre/post race properly.  Enough to erode public perception in anyones book.  It wasn't me....just a glance at the grandstands and asking around about the reputation of the sport says it all. Yonkers is a disgrace for allowing this to happen.  Blame that on me too

  This Javelina poster is gonna split someones lip why?  It is Juicejunkies and everybody knows it.  Related to Marks as I understand it.  So he is going to be defensive about his family.  Marks was spotted several times last winter in vicinity of Brainards operation despite having been barred.  Anyone defending amy juicers or associates is placing the old head in the sand.  Slot infused tracks won't/don't/can't and will not spend the monies needed to catch the cupboard chemists.  Anyone believing that racing is relativly clean vs say 20 years ago, is only fooling themselves. Ruling bodies turn a blind eye, and examples as proof are rampiant.  Knowing someone is not enough to prove they conduct business in ethical manners.

 Every time that other site goes down (happens frequently) BTW is inundated with temporary imbeciles looking for a place to rant until their glorious home reopens.

 Janine allows it because some of these imbeciles were former and longtime BTW participants.

 Anybody whom objects to a thread at BTW that is outside the forums rules, simply needs to click on the "report to moderator" and if the violation is outside the rules, Janine will remove it.

 Personally, I just keep adding all these noobs to ignore.  They'll be gone shortly, however if they ever return to BTW, I sure don't wish to read any of their nonsense.

I heard Dick Clark being interviewed once. He said one of the biggest mistakes he ever made was when Bobby Darin called to sing a song over the phone that he was going to record. It was "Mack The Knife". After Darin sang it, Clark told him that he wasn't a 'torch singer' and knock it off before you mess up your career. It was only Bobby Darin's biggest hit ever. That told me a lot about about the 'real' Dick Clark. Nothing phony about him. RIP
