I agree.  Next time I go to the track, I'm going down to winner's circle and asking the driver for his watch, wallet and some winning tickets on his horse.  He/She can stick their whip up their Azz
Also, A ten race card should be presented  with no purse money and all "take" from the betting going towards a party for fans.  Free food, open bar and hot hostesses.

If you bet on a horse that breaks before reaching the start, do you have to play the next race with your pants down????
