Title: What a day, laddies!

Sitting here in my condo, basically stuck in my office because plumbers and carpenters are here to do some repair work. Our condo association is suing the building  contractors of the complex, and they are here now fixing everything.

I got the bad news earlier: they may have to return in the fall/winter and do a 2-3 day job on each condo.  4pezz2

 free remoldel?   The sad truth is many will do nothing unless you take them to court.  They figure most people will just accept being screwed. They may bitch and moan, but won't really do anything about it.
