I was watching the race as this happened. Hoosier took their time and did the right thing - declared the race a no contest. They gave a very detailed explanation, handled the whole situation very well including keeping everyone safe.
I did cash that pk4 a few times thumbsup

Nice hit for the pick-4. For the pick-3 they treated the no contest race as an ALL button. Was it the same for the pick-4?

Yup, I had 2 horses in that leg so I got paid 2x. Not a big score, but I think it was over $250 on a small pk4 ticket.
