Don Harmon got suspended and fined at Northfield Park. The reason?
From the USTA site:
"Mr. Harmon failed to conduct himself in a professional manner prior to race 8 on 2/1/16 when he kicked his horse (#5 Always A Tiger) in the stomach after the horse reared up and dumped him out of the sulky."
In my humble opinion, a good kick to the belly was well deserved after the damned horse dumped the guy out. hitdatsumbitch

Maybe I'm cynical because when I first worked for Don Irvine Jr. Out of high school, I was given every mean, kicking, biting, striking, nasty s.o.b. in the barn. Had to show them who was boss.

I got out and stayed out of racing because I would be in jail myself, I've seen trainers and grooms whack horses with head poles, smack them in the face with buckets, hit them in the side and ass with a shovel. I let my feeling known and they never replied to me but if they had it wouldn't of been pretty nononono
