I see Tyler Smith got fined $500 for cutting a horse with a whip.

Ronnie Wrenn got a three day suspension and fined $300 for kicking a horse. This will likely cost Wrenn well over $1000 total.Anyone who thinks cutting a horse is less severe than letting your foot brush up against their back leg is simply an idiot and an asshole.
