Title: Meadowlands Qualifiers set for Tomorrow and Condition sheet is out

A total of 12 qualifiers for pacers are carded for Thursday morning at the Meadowlands, with trotters and any overflow of pacers to be accommodated in Friday morning qualifiers (with the box closing at 9 am Thursday).

That doesn't mean they are not allowed yet, just means they have no one qualifying today

Not Surprised, as he was not allowed to race at jeff's other 2 tracks as well.

Read it somewhere that at least 3% applications were rejected but they ain't naming names.
