Truro Reschedules After Truck Incident

Truro Raceway was forced to reschedule the majority of its Sunday harness racing card following an incident involving the water truck that occurred prior to the afternoon's second race.

How in the hell did he tip it over? I drove a tractor and water truck at Wooster last week without incident. I did have a couple of guys nearly run into me because they weren't paying attention though.
