Title: Delaware
Post by: TW on September 17, 2015, 07:38:40 PM
16 races carded on Sunday.  All summer long I have spent Thursday evening handicapping the Saturday night Scioto Downs card.

I think I am going through withdrawal waiting to get a program for Sunday.

As far as I'm concerned, they could shorten that card to five races. Bunch of rats in those cheap races.  shootme

Cheap or not...good or bad...I'm going to bet every race because that is what I do on my vacation.  Every race...all week long.

Good for you.  You are a recreational player.  There is nothing wrong with that.
Some times, gamblers think they are superior because of the size of their bets and only playing  1 or 2 races a card.  To each his own.  I play to have fun.  Yes, I could afford to bet much more.  But, then it might not be much fun.

I had fun yesterday and made $354 profit.  Got stupid in a few of the later races and bet too much and won too little - sometimes nothing - in those races.  Not a good combination.  Compared to previous years that I recall, the first three days look easier to bet.  Of course, my theories don't always work.  Wednesday and Thursday are always fun.
