Title: Dick Farrington passes
Post by: LVGaryD on August 21, 2015, 04:16:11 PM
Dick Farrington, brother of Bob Farrington has passed away. Dick trained for Lloyd Arnold back in the 1970s and with great success. I met Dick and the Arnolds at the Little Brown Jug some 40 years ago. A fine gentleman and a very, very good horseman. Rest in peace, sir.

RIP Dick.  I grew up with all of them as they were only a few miles from us. His nephew was my brother in law for awhile.  My sister divorced the fun side of our family  ;)  The hog roasts a couple times a year were  something we all looked forward to.  Good times.  I broke some  yearlings for Bob. Got  a couple pics of Dick and Bob a couple years ago they stopped at the barn in Delaware to see us.  I'm sure there is a family reunion in heaven that will be alot of fun. RIP my friends. http://inthesulky.com/Smileys/default/redrose.gif
