An early look at what's on the card - 10 horse fields in all the races and 12 in the 1 1-8 mile dart board race
4th race has Warrawee Needy in a B-2 pace
6th race FFA has Golden Receiver in the 10 hole, Wake Up Peter next to him in the 9, and Burke with 20-1 longshot Sante Fe Beachboy.
8th race looks a competitive B2/B1 Hdcp. for 3YOs with National Debt as the 3-1 ML 2nd choice.
10th race is a $25,000-$30,000 claiming race - remember those? If the Big M is going to survive, they have to write more of these races and fill them.

With all of the other track closures, they should be fine for the next month or so. If the Chicago circuit dies, M1 should make a serious attempt to attract the "talent" and offer a 3rd race day. They can call it "Chicago Thursdays". idunno
