IMO I see nothing wrong with that drive, he never had room to get to the rail what is he supposed to do
drop back to last ? If a Takter horse had not won it would not be an issue, it happens in a lot of races thats racing idunno
I would be more interested in why Gingras and Sears were rubbing paint down the stretch idunno

I agree with the Skipper 100%, what was he suppose to do with a 99/1 shot that got caught outside and had no where to go.

Fairly certain this is Gural being Gural. He couldn't ban Sears, so he is going after Takter.

However trivial this incident may appear to be, I really believe it is wrong for any trainer to have more than one horse in a race and not call it an entry-separate ownership or not.

I totally disagree. The horse the week before was able to make the lead in 27 56 and yet that race the half is 57.4 and he can't go forward at all? THE SECOND QUARTER WAS 30.1? Really can't go forward in that? Oh wait it was his other horse on top can't go after him. Let's just make sure i sit outside Sears so he never has a chance. It was blatant, planned, total bullshit and he should not only be suspended, but he should not allowed to drive trixton in the hambo. He couldn't get off of him fast enough, hand him to the groom, and high five Yannick with Father Patrick. It all stunk to high hell.

If every horse could and did race the same race every week handicapping would be much easier.
Funny thing is Sears gapped the 6 on the last turn or he could have gotten out. Another thing is all of a sudden social media has some say in how races are run ????? I find that awful funny that now they care about what people say on the internet when it never mattered until Gural WANTED it to. It's almost impossible to hope that M1 ever gets slot with Gural in charge birdienana him.

This horse was a 100/1 for a reason, she's not any good. She lost 2 nw1 races at the Meds already. I don't care what she did at Pocono Speedway last time out with Campbell driving....As soon as they left the gate Sears was in trouble, and probably in an even worse spot if Cooler Schooner didn't break. Takter left the gate and there was never a hole. Did he leave to get parked and block? Maybe, or did he leave to find a hole and hope to get a check? I do know if Takter did go forward, Sears was still never getting out with Yannick on his back. Did Takter sit out there and block on purpose, or was his 100/1 shot just simply over matched to go forward?....I'm sure Jimmy will have an answer for all these questions he'll be faced with.

I take Takter's comments with a grain of salt - he was caught in the WEG Detention barn with syringes before a big race and was allowed to race still - being that the owner of the horse was the head of WEG at the time. He's not above being greasy himself. He's a great trainer, and I give him his credit for that, but when he talks about being a "stand up guy," and "Scumbags and garbage," he's a guy throwing stones living in a glass house.

I actually liked 24 in there. Of course didn't play anything on them in the race just have the pick 4 going still. Scream And Shout ran pretty much the same race in here at 8/5 and he did at 102/1.

No. Syringes in the Detention Barn. 5 day suspension and 10 thousand dollar suspension. Horses allowed to race though, because they were owned by the Chairman of the WEG circuit.
