Playing Mohawk tonight again, let's get some picks going, here's what I like!

1- Caviart Griffin. Comes off a big qualifier in a solid time, on a track that was off a couple seconds. Has the 10 hole, but I don't think it will cause that much trouble. Top pick.
2- Let's Wait and See. Tough field, because many are shipping in from other tracks, but I like this colt. Has speed, and won't be chasing as many tonight.
4- Goldie's Mach. Has good speed, well bred, and Menary always seems to have them extra ready to go... Will play on top of all in this one.
5- Seawind Pascale. Has been trotting well for the connections, winning 4 of the last 5 starts and only photo'd out when she was beat. Takes on the boys tonight, but she's good enough, if Zeron can work out a nice trip.
6- Danica Patrix. Has finished second, four of her five starts this year. In against a pretty weak bunch tonight, should be able to break the goose egg.
7- Diana Santanna. Ships in from Charlottetown to the big track and could be heard from. Has speed, as she has won in 55 on the half miler... Should get some decent odds, hope for a good trip.
8- Pocket Trip. Shipped in from Hoosier last start, and won easily on the engine for Paul Mac. I expect will likely use the same tactics tonight, with similar results.
9- Shadow's Wonder. Another Shadow Play pupil from the Dr Ian Moore stable. He's had a lot of success so far this year with his Shadow Play progeny, I think it will continue tonight.
10- High Flyin Sara. Tried her luck at Mohawk for the first time last week and raced very well for Team McNair. Trying her tonight.
Good luck to all playing along!!

Bombs away in the 2nd. McNair at 108 to 1.

Terrible Cash... You'd think a guy that's been around as Lyle MacArthur would know that going to the half in 54 isn't a good idea, unless you have a horse that can actually pace in 49... The field paced that back half in 59 and change.

Damn. 50 to 1 and 90 to 1 under a 5/2 in the tri here in then6th. Some prices coming in tonight at the Hawk.

Nice call in the 7th Dave.

Nice call in the 7th Dave.
Thanks!
This was a nice filly last year in the Atlantic region, and I figured she'd be a lot better on the big track. Won pretty easy in 53, I think she can pace in 51, if she comes off a helmet.
