Who is this kid ? and where did he come from ?

Talk about always in the way !!!   kid has zero talent .

I think he is Dave Hawk's kid.

Several times he has been on what appeared to have been the best horse in the race but I always leave him off the ticket.  Has yet to come back to haunt me.
