BULLSHIT !!!!!! THe stewards are like the Gestapo. Bunch of mooches and ass-kissers on state payrolls. They can all go F!@# themselves !!!!!

What a total Chicken $hit call. It took untold secret cameras and X-men super heroes a long time to see the vicious attack. It was so cunning a crime that the presiding judge stated it never happened until he was told otherwise.
This call makes me want to puke! I wonder if Peter Wrenn will do custom "bitch-slapping" for hire?

How can you tell from the head on stretch view that kicking was severe? Severe kicking to me would be the driver almost falling off the bike from the force of the foot hitting the horse.
-
Hey nothing surprises me in Kentucky anymore after Campbell was set back last year for nothing.

Interpretation of the kicking rules 101 should be taught as such: (A)Take a naked steward and brush the side of his knee with your shoe. (B) Cut him across the ass soundly with a driving whip. (C) Ask him which one he would determine to be more painful for the horse.
Allow the student to re-take the final exam as many times as the dumbass wants. hitdatsumbitch

...........And until some of the patrons made a scene that's what kicking was in KY and how it was handled.............just saying. Forced the commission bosses to get involved and levy fines.....after all the commission is in place to protect the patrons and they expressed outrage othewise this wouldn't be happening.

Why is this so outrageous to "kick" which is only dropping a foot on a hock, in Ky but Jockeys can whip the hell out of a thorobred coming down the stretch and it is ok. I just don't get it. I think some kind of explanation in the program or an announcer before the races to clarify what a driver is doing might be worthwhile to educate your audience.

Read the inteview with the judge then read the couple of inserts from some social media users. Heard J. Gural was also one who took to social media and or calling KY people complaining the kicking wasn't called. Other than online I don't access tweets or even have a phone with a camera, so unless I can see it online, I only hear the rumbles when I go to the track.
To me looks like a case of damned if you do damned if you don't.

I pissed a bunch of them off on Facebook today. My guess is they were Canadian media for the most part.
Murray Brown also chimed in his two cents, which sort of surprised me that he is against the practice. To me, they look like a bunch of clueless idiots claiming that it can injure the animal. All b.s....I even used JustSaying's example and one guy said it was not relevant.
You simply can't argue with ignorance. They are like the people in Washington who refuse to negotiate.
