I hope he sues for loss of income, he deserves it. I don't know what he was doing, how he was doing it

or what/if he was using something but they don't either and what they did is a frigging joke. I don't even

like gambling with Pena in the race, 95% of the time no price, but right is right and wrong is wrong.

I personally think Pena was dirty, but the way the commission handled it was awful. If you're going so far as to take a man's license and livelihood away, you damn well better have some irrefutable proof and be ready to back it up. It's a steep slippery slope from Pena to any other horseman the minute you allow someone's career to be destroyed without evidence.
