Wow! Check out the ruling here. Really shows what a pile of scumbags the Brooks brothers were and their trainers as well. The report basically called Brainard a liar and the number of phone calls to Marks phone compared to Brainards show who the real trainer was on these horses. Wouldn't testify either.
Now old Arnold is winning all the time. Josh "helping" out here too?
Just a sleazy bunch all around. Glad this report exposed the truth behind a bad group of people.

Breaking it down for you - The Brooks brothers stiffed everyone in racing they did business with, David was in charge even under suspension and everyone knew it, Brooks brothers threatened people with broken bones/fires etc..., Marks and Brainard were personal favorites of Brooks, Brainard lied under oath to the commission, Brainard was down as trainer and had 11 times less the phone calls to her phone than Marks (who had thousands) Marks would not testify at the hearing, the Comission basically called Brainard a liar (and an idiot) for lying about the phone calls when they had seized all phone records and said that none of her testimony should be regarded as truthful as it was severely tainted.

I readily admit to not bothering to read the entire report. I made my mind on these scumbag bastards a long time ago when they made millions selling junk body armor to the U.S. military which got our brave soldiers killed.
My they rot in prison for a while before they rot in hell.
