Title: Northfield Guaranteed Pick 5
Post by: Jeremy on May 29, 2013, 06:44:31 AM
Northfield has a carryover of $29k and a guaranteed pick 5 today of $100,000.

First few races look bad, but will figure out some selections later today.

I'm gonna single 1 Artiovascular in the 6 th and then go from there. Think he gets the job done easy. Good luck all.

will have to take a look at it. Not big on pick anythings, but may wager a bob or two on it.

Doesn't look like a lock to me.  I'd play the 1-4. But, it is just a horrid race!

Well. Apologies to Amy but I needed a single and it is Sugg in the first leg.

Leg 1.  2 wins if he doesn't break.

Leg 2.  The 7 is the best looking horse but he is the 7 so adding the 3 because he looks like the best of the inside.

Leg 3. 1 2 4 7 8 I don't trust Guilio to not break, maybe an outside horse will get there at a good price.

Leg 4.  1 and 4.  The 4 horse gets looked at because he has a top driver for a change.  Also can't single a horse that is 1 for 15 this year

Leg 5.  1 5 9  The horse that made this a carryover came from Lon 1/2 yesterday, also on the inside of Kennedy. The 9 should follow behind him.  The 5 has merriman.

2/37/12478/14/159 = $60 I will probably be out of after the first leg.

Edit:  Adding the #6 in leg 5

My father played 2/78/1/15/156

Why's this 9 gettin so much play? Driver change? Don't like him at all. Meaning he will win easily. rflmao1

It would be different if he was friends with Amy

The pick 3 starting race 9 may pay more than the pick 4 with that heavy favorite winning

Never thought not having a 1/5 in the first leg of a pick 4 would be the difference of $146

Pick 3. I didn't think it would be worth it to single a 1/5
