Happy Birthday JC best big money driver to ever live.

Damn nice guy too. When I drove against him at Spfld & DuQuoin he was at the top of his game and I was a nobody. He treated with me with as much respect as he did any other driver. Happy birthday JC!

thumbsup The best. Every year he asks me how my leg is doing, and he sounds like he truly cares.

Happy Birthday JC. Gosh he is getting old, about LVGD's age. How IS you leg? (hope that sounded sincere!)

JC is a class act. Most people don't remember him as the sport's face during harness racing's heyday in the 1980s, but he truly made a lot of fans.

Does anyone else think JC's changed his driving habits the first quarter of the year ?
For the past few years it seems like he gets trashed on sites for his efforts in the early months of the new year. And while I didn't think he had "lost it" I did notice a different driving style in the winter than in the spring.....
This year he seems to be much more aggressive off the gate and driving up earlier into the flow.

i do not think he has changed his driving style.i think he is just getting bettr stock to drive with sears brennan etc gone.
the same thing when srping would come around in the past he would get some nice stock to drive.
it is not just jc getting up into flow its everyone not as much 1/2 in and out as in the past.with the chit he was driving in the past there was no point being outside all by yourself.
i also do not see the gimp as much in his step as the few winters when was coming off injuries
