Good article! I've been to the Horse Park and the the Hall Of Fame in Goshen.
I loved the Kentucky Horse Park. Very interesting to visit the greats retired there. John Henry was still kicking . I spoke with his caretaker. He was a cantankerous sort! Visited the resting spot of Bret Hanover and other greats and it brought back a lot of memories as I had seen some of them race live. I do know what I was expecting, but I wasn't that impressed with the Hall Of Fame. Since I had known a few of the inductees when they were around I thought there might be a little something on each member. Was all I could do to find their name listed. Was nice to walk the track there and think of the history of the place.
I often think with all the wagers now available, pick 3-4-5-6-7-9, many might view harness racing as just another way to play a lottery. Oh well, what ever floats your boat.
