The resident dictator in New York City, Fuhrer Bloomberg decided he did not want the people of New York to be able to buy large soft drinks. Apparently, this commie f**k thought it was the official business of his Honor(less) what people drink.
Thankfully a judge has over ruled Fuhrer Bloomberg and tossed the law, calling it "fraught with arbitrary and capriscious consequences." Of course Bloomberg is going to waste taxpayer money and appeal....like any good dictator would do. By the way, I'll be visiting there in a couple weeks and hope to meet with my Congressman, Bobby Rush, and attended my Senator, Dick Durbin's coffee and donuts breakfast meeting for his constituents. I can't wait to tell them what a good job they are doing.

At least the court checked this guy.
Thier decision was very critical of Bloomberg.
There will come a point in america when the guys like Bloomberg and Obama have stacked all the courts.
Then they will run free.
I want to know who votes for a person who wont let them drink a 32 ounce soda?
What level of a person is that?
what are they looking for in government?
Do they understand what individual freedom is? Or individual responsibility?

Hal, if you get to meet Dickless Durbin (or turbin) make sure to tell him what I think of him equating our brave volunteers in the military to Nazis, etc. You know my real name and I'd be proud if you told the wormy little bastard who it came from.
ps Tell him to come to my local VFW if he wants to see some REAL men. They are true heroes and turbin is an asswipe.

Welcome Max R. Michigan Dales's Dad was the "Real Deal" and Dale honors him every year at Balmoral Park. Without people like Dale's Dad, these idiots wouldn't have the freedom to say stupid things. Hopefully someday they'll figger it out.

Thanks so much for the kind words JS. As you know our memorial race has been expanded to recognize all the great veterans and purple heart recipients, like the brave patriots in your local VFW that you yourself respect and serve so well. I know my dad and how he'd feel about the sad current state of affairs taking place in America. Honoring the heroes is something we all can do.....my wife and I do our little part and the rest is up to all of us. This years event is just 3 weeks from Saturday and my daughter has confirmed she'll be on hand singing the National Anthem while joined by a color guard of purple heart vets in the winners circle this year. I will post more about this later in a different thread and I want all ITS folks to know they're most welcome to join us or to just stop by and say hello on April 6th.

Dale Zahn is a class act. How many men do you know who would go to all the trouble that he does eash year to honor his father's deeds and patriotic contributions to this nation. You are so right, men like Harold Zahn are responsible for our freedoms and the ability to have the rights that we have today
Both Balmoral Park and Dale deserve the utmost credit for being responsible for this event each year. I am proud to say that i wil be in attendance
