I know he hasn't race in a couple months.

He is pulling an Amish buggy. The horse is sound and may be brought back. Marvin Raber didn't want to race him on frozen tracks. They might bring him back into training next spring. Till then he is taking Christians to church. ;D

While I was in Ohio in September and October, I met Marvin Raber and spoke with him at several fairs. Of course I also met the horse Four Starz Valley several times too.
I truly wish I was in Ohio for a couple of months to rig this horse up for Marvin. I promise you this is at least a solid middle class claimer-$8000-$10,000, if you could control him. He is like a runaway train. He wants to race. I saw him trot a half in 59.3 at a county fair in October, and he was not even going full tilt. The trouble was, he made a break behind the gate.

The horse is sound? That's not what that wannabe trainer from New York named Doherty would have you believe. They all tried to pull one big scam when she and the previous owner Wendi found out the horse could race.

First of all I dont think the horse is able to race. For whatever reason he couldnt pay his way and thats all I said from day 1.
The woman from california is a nice person and would like to see her re gain possession of the horse. But I am not really here to rehash this. It is what it is.
The guy who is now banned is something. He doesnt get that his "involvement" in any case doesnt help the side he advocates.
He has 0 integrity and is laughed off of every site on the net that has integrity or cares at all about the sport or his participants.
But thats why he and his little tribe. Of about 4 people band together wherever they can.
They are true Pariah.
Whatever you think about me etc etc. I do have integrity and I dont lie about people.
I have documented that person has lied about me.
Case closed.
And for Gripper I am nto going to get into the debate about the horse. My thoughts are the same as ever.

Trust me, this horse is definitely able to race. I saw him, and frankly he is too much horse for most people to handle. I could handle him only because I had a lot worse horses than him to handle.
He has a lead mouth, which was much more prevalent with horses when I was a kid than it is today. No matter how hard you pull him, he refuses to slow down behind the gate. I would rig him much, much differently than Marvin Raber had him.
There truly is not a pimple on his legs, rather there was nothing when I saw him at three fairs in September and October. To see him on the track he is sounder than many horses that race every night all over the country.

This is the second time people have given up on him racing.
It appears Raber is going to take a serious cash loss and time and effort loss.
Ive never really said bad things about him. He came across the horse and I am sure he didnt expect the fiasco that it would become or he would have left the horse as soon as he saw him.
I do know the California woman is a genuine animal lover. And wouldnt do anything to harm a horse or any animal for that part.
I really do not wish to have a big debate on this though.

You had ZERO facts in the case and jumped on the proverbial bandwagon.
Who did "Wendi" give the horse to?. Covering up this persons name lends tons of weight to my theory that a former jealous owner and former jealous trainer tried to scam the horse back after discovering Marvin Raber got the horse going.
My opinion is there is no and NEVER was an injury to the horse, the whole story was a fabrication to smear Marvin Raber and scam the horse back to Wendi.
As far as Fuzzy goes, drink another bottle of scotch and go back to 4th grade.

Four Staarz Valley was not taken in any way. He was bought. The other owner did not properly do the paperwork and Ohio has a lien law in place for this type of circumstance. Marvin Raber owns the horse and probably will indefinitely. He is allowed to race, bottom line.
I've been cleaning my carpets all morning long and I am not in a good mood to start with. Any poster who pisses me off any further will be shown the exit.
