Title: Congress better not touch the mortgage interest deduction
Post by: Jeremy on December 06, 2012, 04:41:17 PM
I am getting annoyed at the reports saying the home mortgage interest deduction is a tax break for the wealthy considering I have personally done taxes for hundreds of middle class people that would suffer the most if they got that deduction taken away.  Sure 1 rich person may make more off of it than 5 middle class people but those middle class people need the deduction.

People will learn that when old Gary D. says "Vote them all out and put Libertarians in", old Gary D. is generally correct.

Not sure why, but this is true. Politicians are educated idiots. An uneducated idiot like old Gary D. has something those educated folks don't have: street smarts. One could also call it common sense. hammerhead1
