In the little IL town of Dixon (childhood home of Pres Reagan, pop. 15,733) the comptroller embezzled over $53 million, and pled guilty today. My biggest questions are: How the Hell does a little town have $53 mil to steal, and how didn't anyone miss the money?
She built a ultra-fancy Quarter Horse breeding facility with 400 horses and lived a lavish lifestyle for 2 decades. SURE... you can do that on a small town comptroller's salary. 4pezz2
