Lot of road kill around Delaware during Jug time. Many drunken revelers driving around to produce it.  I understand a 80/20 blend of deer and possum is best.

What type pf casing does LVGD prefer to use?  It takes a brave man to go Bob Evan's home state and dispense sausage.
