Title: Big M Hambo Elims Night
Post by: pezz97 on July 28, 2012, 08:16:50 AM
Race#1

This Race is Wide Open.

#1 Blue Claw- Fits with these and Corey didn't give this horse a chance last week not pulling and was running horses over in the lane

#4 Taxed- Driver change to Andy will draw a lot of action. So will the drop in class

#5 Evening Job- Raced huge last week against Division Of Art, who has been great since moving to Casie.

#7 Ardous- Huge Class Drop and Driver Change. Will Be the Fav

#9 High Noon- Got Run Down Late in a slow time, but adds Lasix tonight

#10 Riley's Luck - No Grismore tonight, and that is a good thing, just put a line thru that race. This field is much easier than the one's he was facing before that

Race#2.

#6 Rollinglikeabigshot- Raced well in Chicago, and now Heitman to Pierce. Thank you

#7 Time To Roll- Be facing all the big dogs and been competitive against the except for the pace. Should be better tonight

Race#3

#3 Check Me Out- Should win this by 10 under wraps

Race#4

#3 Maven- Should win by 3 or 4 over Win Missy B. Cold Punch ex till the bell rings

Race#5

#1 Banker Volo- Pierce locked him in the box perfectly in the Dancer. Still raced good and figures

#2- Possess The Will- One of the 4 horses in the Hambo Elims that is now off of lasix! Making 3rd start of the year after being sick.

#4 Uncle Peter- Pierce put on a clinic in the Dancer, horse is peaking at the right time

#8 Prestidigitator- Made a break just after the start in the Canadian Breeders. Fits against this group for SF

1  Pick 5  1,4,5,7,9,10 x 6,7 x 3x 3 x 1,2,4,8

Race#6

#2 Stormin Normand- Chased Goo Goo in the Beal and Now Gets Palone Back.

#3 Guccio- Made a nice close against Little Brown Fox, who was a runaway winner on Pace night

#4 beer Summit- Good Times Winner got tired in his first start in a month last week. GB up tonight

#6- Knows Nothing- Won The Canadian Breeder last week in his first start since the good Times- Jody High on him

#7 Riccolo- IMO, still needs to show he can go faster- Real nice horse, and we find out how fast he is tonight

Race#7

1 Entry- Sarandon if she stays flat, contends. A Big If

#4 Pirouette Hanover- Fired out against Major Look And American Jewel and broke in the first turn. I liked her that night and going to try her again

Race#8

#6 Market Share- Gregory just gave him a trip around the track last week. Now Timmy Up

#7 Archangel- 7 for 8 on the year, should be even faster on the big track. Upset in the Yonkers trot when Goo Goo broke twice

#9 Little Brown Fox- Was simple awesome in his last start. Now has won the NJSS and a divison of the Dancer on the track

Race#9

#2 Oscar Oscar- Nice try coming off a scratch sick. Will be better tonight

#3 Melvyn- Will be flying late and if they mix it up can upset these. has won here before

#4 Big Bam Ray- Him and the 2 have been knocking heads all summer. Timmy gets along with him best

#8 Tobago Cays- Big Class Drop has gone 51 at YR this year and now you get GB

#10 Alexie Mattosie- This is probably just a prep for the US pacing Championship, but has a big class edge on these and I can't let him beat me.

$1 Pick 4
2,3,4,6,7 x 1,4 x 6,7,9 x 2,3,4,8,10

Good Luck to everyone playing tonight

Pretty excited to see Panther Hanover and Riccolo race tonight. The Panther is a VERY nice horse with high end speed. Prestidigitator and Knows Nothing should have good odds and have been trotting well!

I am with you Dave. I think Panther upsets Kingcole

Hard to say Grapes, Panther has wicked speed but so does King Cole. I like the Panther though, hoping to get some odds.

What a mile by Prestidigitator!!! That horse saw more track than any other horse I remember in a long time... Just a terrible trip and was coming hard at the wire to finish third. Big effort from that colt.

I just woke up prior to this race (not feeling good as usual), and I thought the same thing about Prestidigitator.

Ron Pierce also turned in a better than average interview after the race. This guy is the funniest man on Earth!

Atta boy Double J! Was cursing at the three quarters but what a drive, splitting rivals and driving off... Was hoping for better odds. Riccolo didn't race as well as hoped (for my exactor).

I was wondering why all of her horses were switched to him. She didn't get in trouble again did she?

I think Gural said no to Coleman entries but I may be wrong. I know he banned her and Harris when she got the ephedrine positive.

The guy on little brown fox needs to get top 3 there not try so hard in the first quarter he breaks the horse.
And misses the Hambo

That is why I wish there were as many entries in a lot of these stake races as the hambo this year. Making the top 3 is not guaranteed and you have to race. Unlike the 8th race where you have an 11 horse elim and you got rid of 1 horse.

yannick gingras.

I dont criticize drivers by name.

I say something nice or nothing at all.

 rflmao1

that was a bad one for an elim though. He drive a 1-1 favorite in an elim like it was the final.

And I like Yannick too.
And have won $$$ on him quite a few times.
