That said. Elgin.  there is alot of troubling things about the "Pena" case.  Horsemen everywhere are very concerned.  This was a witch hunt that  scares the crap out of the straight and narrowest of trainers.  Peta is doing handstands and wants to shut down horseracing forever, period.  This "Pena" thing is not a good thing for any horseman or fans.
