Title: Brainard's horses in 3 day detention barn
Post by: Headpole Dave on June 13, 2012, 09:33:59 AM
Guess Mr Gural has had enough of the Marks juicing, all Brainard horses are in 3 day detention barn for tonight at Vernon. Great job by Gural, keeping the cheaters under close scrutiny!

Very True --- and seeing how good the testing is in New York, ala Pena with no positves via blood or uring but thousands via paper --- why not just go after Brainard that way.

No uniform rules --- First is how states treat situations, and now in New York -- Pena gets vet records suponaed and Brainard gets 3 day detention barns.

Why would you care?

If the horses go backwards will you still defend them?

For the record I  pulled up both pathway reports and don't see anything you consider cheating.,, Would you care to elaborate ?
Think you are way off sir

Mr Gural seems to disagree with you, hence the longer stay in the test barn. Brainard's life partner is a well known degenerate juicer that's barred in North America. Somehow her horses always seem to go much faster when he is around, which is probably just a co-incidence. There have been numerous examples of Brainard's horses having magical form reversals which I've noted in the past. I didn't put her in the extended test barn... Blame Mr Gural if you think it's "way off." I give him credit, he's doing his best to rid the game of the cheating scumbags.

THEY WILL JUST ENTER IN SARATOGA AND TIOGA WERE I DONT THINK THEY ARE IN DETENTION THERE (TIOGA). GURAL SHOULD DO IT FOR ALL HIS TRACKS.

So for those of you keeping score at home, racing out of the "3 day detention barn" Tracy Brainard results so far:

Morning line favorite finished fifth in the first race.

The Assassinator finished dead last in the sixth.

Still waiting on JK Geronimo. Rated second best in the morning line, lets see how this one does.

Great job by Mr Gural, recognizing who the cheaters are and trying to clean up the sport!  bowdown

I am pretty neutral here.

If they cant make any money cause of the detention barn they will stop racing there and that will say it.

JK Geronimo finishes dead last in the finale. For those keeping score, 1 fifth as morning line favorite and two last place finishes.  thumbsup for the three day test barn.

Guess Gural knows what's really going "behind the scenes" with the Brainard barn.

I'd like to see every horse entered in every race every day  in a 3 day detention barn and see how they race.  Might as well screw with everyone.   Next I want to see our human athletes in every sport put in detention at least 3 days before competion.  Lets get serious about this cheating and take it all the way with every sport.

Washwoman gossip, one would expect it from a MAGGOT like you Dave...a lifetime of being violated has turned you into a girly girl...

But since you ask 6 were dropped in but they didn't write races for them.   You act like they dropped them in someplace else???

Word on the backside is Howie Okusko don't wanna run the detention barn Friday night for Saturday's racing so they had to write them out of races.

I believe he will be up to the Legion tonight night if you want to check on him.

2 dead last and one a staggering fifth. Guess when Josh can't get near them, they don't go as fast. 3 days in a test barn and they all go backwards. Why is that Juice?

Have you formed your letter to the New York Wagering Board addressing the obvious ineptitude of the testing lab and demanded the resignation of their trained chemists?

Or are you going to point out the lack of positive tests with Pena.........even though it has been explained over and over again why their would be no positive tests?

It just seems to me there is a personal agenda behind all your accusations when blame (from a layman's perspective) should be placed upon various authorities and organizations.........yet you continue to signal out individuals.

So, are you really looking out for the good of the ENTIRE industry or your own personal glee?

I point out that they are cheating and that they now are racing in the 3 day test barn and you defended them. I pointed out that all their horses finished last or up the track and you want me to write letters? I can see the cheating that goes on... Did you write letters about anyone you knew to be cheating?

I really don't owe you any explanation for anything. I have my opinions and I'm expressing them. Results are proving my points for me. I noticed you didn't comment about the child molesting accusations thrown at me... Do you advocate those?

My asking you a question is not a defense of Marks or Brainard who I have never met in my life.

What my life has been about is horse racing.........about 40 of the 44 years I've existed........I consider my questions to you a defense of the industry..........yet you will not answer those questions.

I will not get involved in your personal "molestation" issue because it is just as ridiculous as your accusations........BUT your accusations affect ME, personally.........which you refuse to see.

You continue to harp on "my defending" of those you suspect.....no flat-out name as criminals.........and yet you will not acknowledge I am not addressing their supposed actions, but the actions of our industry as a whole to continue to act in archaic and detrimental regulatory actions when it comes to the proper therapeutic care of a race horse!

For the record, the people you were defending, and yes you were defending them, one of those "team Brainard" people is the one posting the constant and awful child molesting posts on numerous websites. That person is also banned from having a license in North America because of his "lack of integrity." That should speak volumes about that person. And who that person associates with...

Now on to your question - I don't pretend to be able to Answer questions for an entire industry. Some people use drugs for equine benefit and others for personal profit... Which one should be allowed? If you think some rules are archaic, nobody is forcing you to be in the business. Either advocate change or abide by the rules. If you think Lou Pena, Rene Allard, Bill Robinson, Casie Coleman, Eric Ledford and Bill Elliot were all using drugs for therapeutic reasons than I think your view on reality is a little skewered. Those guys weren't pumping EPO, Aranesp, and other designer drugs through their horses system to help the horse.

When someone is put into detention and their horses performances drop off dramatically, I don't think it's a real surprise to question their abilities. Again Jeff Gural put Branaird/Marks in there and the results speak for themselves.

I can't see a post anywhere where anyone has been accused of being a child molester on this entire forum. All I see is Headpole Dave continually bashing my friend Tracy Brainard, even after I have repeatedly told him she is my friend.

All I see is a bunch of people spreading rumors like a bunch of girly girls and grandstand goofs. dorkusinterruptus

And anyone who does not like the way this forum is run can certainly send me several hundred thousand dollars and own it. Then they can run it the way they want it run.

In my decades as a trainer I never had one positive because I never doped a horse, but a 3 day detention would have put me out of the business. I worked a day-job and trained and raced at night and on weekends until I retired. No way I could sit at a track for 3 days every week to race for every horse I entered. Plus: How would my other horses get taken care of if I was miles away twiddling my thumbs for 3 days?

And you are totally clueless to what those fines and suspensions actually mean.

This game is highly regulated.

Regulations which you could not adhere to in performing your job daily.

For you to equate every suspension or fine for a medication violation as a "criminal" behavior you are basically saying rolling through a stop sign is akin to murder.

This is an old argument........and continually perpetrated by those who I'd rather see completely away from horse racing.

Go ahead and point out how we couldn't make it with out you.......I'll take my chances.

IMO there is NO profession in which 99.9% of the people are completley honest.

I know exactly what fines and suspensions mean.I hjave read about enuff trainers breaking some rules to what exactly what they mean.

There are plenty of jobs regulated as much if not more.

Show me where I said evry violation was a criminal act .

I have learned long ago I was not important to the game as a bettor.I only question why the game needs slots ?

I was going to stay out of this thread but I have to respond now. Perception is everything. This game will only thrive if the BETTING PUBLIC think they are not getting screwed over.

Well he is an example that the betting public, you know the people who if they didn't exist, the horseman would race for really nothing. Well the betting public knows that Tracy brainard is associated with Josh marks, The same Josh Marks that can't get a license in NORTH AMERICA anymore. That say's a lot don't you think! If it doesn't then God Help you.

99.9%  rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1   How about the 12 trainers that got kicked out earlier this year? How about ( Sorry Jeff not singling you out but the best example I can give) the reigning filly of the year , now no longer in the Kesmodel barn, that can't get a check in any race she is in??? It could be a variety of things but what does the betting public think of that? Easy Answer, she was given something she wasn't supposed to have, and now doesn't get it! ( Not by me, but that is what you hear)

Amy, you can defend anyone you want, it is your right, but at the same time, you have to understand where the people who support your game are coming from. It is well known about certain people, and I don't care who is friends with who, if it smells like a skunk, and looks like a skunk, it probably is.

I still play the game, cause I love it and always will, but to act like the game is alright and 100% true is really trying to sell someone a bridge. Sometimes pointing out the bad things in something can make the total sport much better.

As for the Javelina post, anyone in their right mind knows what it meant give me a break. It is Juice junkies who is already barred from the site geesh...

I don't see anywhere where Gary said bulletproof enterprises was good people.  You can't win an argument by putting words in peoples mouths that they did not say.

You don't seem to be civil in having conversations and you went after Amy several times instead of just having a civil conversation.

Time will tell if you and many other people are correct that something must be given to the horses, (which I believe there probably is) but using Gural as proof of your claim is comical because just last week he wanted to kick Brennan out of his tracks because he couldn't comprehend a quote in an article.
