Win Missy B, the Conway Hall three-year-old filly trotter some view as the primary competition for Check Me Out, suffered an inexplicable loss at the hands of Trevor Ritchie and his 9-2 Chocolatier filly, All Ready Hanover, in the first division of The Casual Breeze at Mohawk. MacDonell went right to the top from the seven with 3-5 Missy and Ritchie took the pocket trip. It was raining and the track was off. The pace was tepid enough, 27.4 57.3 1:26.2, but with an eighth to go in the 27.2 last quarter Ritchie floated past the heralded Missy with the greatest of ease. Unlike the top returning colts, who have held form for the most part, we've seen Check Me Out, pacer American Jewel and now Missy lose their first starts.
