And the worst offense of all:

I suggest tuxedos and top-hats for all paddock help. We gotsa show some class in dis bidness.
I would allow an exemption for the really hot lookin' gals to wear "Daisy Dukes" I'm a Hedonistic rascal that way.

Years ago at Northfield, I wore a tshirt to the winners circle that said,
Try a Virgin
Island
Aldrich called down screaming at the paddock judge to go down and read my shirt when I got back to the paddock and fine me for wearing something obscene like that. Paddock judge came and read the shirt and saw the lovely island picture and the little "virgin" and laughed his ass off. Paddock judge called Aldrich and Aldrich actually apologized later to me for wanting to fine me.

Part of the great atmosphere of Mohawk when you're cashing a ticket is when the hot young female groom comes in looking hotter than the horse. This is a terrible rule.

Dave,
Don't think the atmosphere at Mohawk will change.
If you read the press release you'll find the policy is for the T-Breds.
I just couldn't resist the wisecrack humor.
