Hal, they gave you a Birthday gift?   I've been going there since the night it first turned on the lights over 40 years ago and have hosted umpteen parties at the Crete strip and I never got a Birthday gift!   Damn.   Of course when I get ANYTHING of value like special offers or cash vouchers I get them several days After The Fact so they're expired anyway.....got a BD coming up next month - maybe they'll send me something.   Yeah, right.

It's not their fault you live so far away. Blame the USPS. We would get the same thing with remote fans all the time at Northfield. The process is automated and there is not much that can be done.
But I still think that is a nice little b-day gift from BMP, compared to what other tracks send.

Considering what Hal puts thru the windows, the gift is chump change.

Not questioning that. At 99% of tracks, B-day gifts are automatic to everyone on the mailing list.
Yes, they should take care of their big players.
We held regular receptions at Northfield for our Elite Players-- free food and booze, bonus points and free vouchers.
