Trust me, I've been preaching this for years to my bosses, much to their dismay. The idiots running casinos today do not have a tiny clue about the gaming business. The mob has forgotten more than 99% of the casino executives currently running casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City will ever know about how to properly run a casino.
