Warrant issued for horse trainer Maria Borell

MERCER COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A warrant has been issued for a well-known horse trainer after dozens of horses were found abandoned on a Kentucky farm.

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture told the Lexington Herald-Leader that trainer Maria Borell is charged with 43 counts of animal cruelty.
