From the USTA fines and suspensions list, I see my old boss and friend, Bill Zendt is kicking ass and taking names.

PA Code Title 58 - (183.342)(183.332) (183.255(6)) (183.255(10)) Mr. Zendt failed to conduct himself in a gentlemanly manner by grabbing another licensee and causing injury to that licensee while in the Meadows` Race Office on March 4, 2015. Mr. Zendt is fined $1,000, placed on probation until December 31, 2016, and given a seven (7) day full suspension. The full seven day full suspension will be held in abeyance and that suspension will only be served if Mr. Zendt commits a similar conduct offense during the time he in on probation. If Mr. Zendt has not committed another conduct violation as of December 31, 2016, he will not serve the seven day full suspension. Appeal is due by April 3, 2015. Fine must be paid by April 3, 2015.
