41st after tonight, I quit

I'm in 30th after tonight and hate my picks for tomorrow....kinda like I hated my picks in the horse tourney contest at the end. 4 out of the last 5 races with nothing to finish 16th.  4pezz2 4pezz2

My Challenge Rank: 1692nd
My Challenge Bankroll: $29.60

I took CC last night in all three races simply because he was on all the #6 horses  idunno

Saturday

#10 Art's Ideal Hanover - JB chose this one over two others, including ml fav. Good enough for me.
#6 Dovuto Hanover - consistent, hopefully saves my shoe if JB can't come through on his.
#5 Don't Fool With Me - JB again, his racing style better suited to M1, not bad when he does't draw the 8 hole at YR.

Both pezz brothers in top 40  thumbsup

Since I missed the first day, I'm in like 2500th place. Maybe can move up 1,000 places tonight! It doesn't make any difference what place you are in this early.  I know I'll screw up again and get eliminated, so I'm shooting for the moon.  Hope one of you guys can take it down.  You know what that means, the  yeahbabydrinkingguy is on you!

I really like this horse tonight, think he catches a really weak field and should like the move back to the big track.

I threw both of my shoes.  Didn't cap very well...nor did I "confirm my picks".   rflmao1

I think RocknRoll is right, Woodbine is a better play than M1.  I'm ready to give up on M1 for awhile. M1 reminds me a lot like Balmoral, back in the day when Illinois used to have harness racing.  If the top 3-4 horses win, it pays nothing.  If anybody else wins, I couldn't have picked it if I tried; nothing in the program would've told me that he had a chance to win.

The imbalance of drivers ("A drivers" to "B & C drivers") also kills a lot of the value.  Let's face it, Joe Martin may beat me, but I'll probably never put money on him.  Mike Simons, on the other hand, is like the early 2013 version of Corey Callahan at M1. He's getting better with each passing day.
