EP4 Breakdown

R4 - 4,9,6($),2,3($)     7,8
R5 - 4,2,6      7,1,5
R6 - 2,1,5     10($),6
R7 - 3,7,8($),9($),6,1    4

The bookends look wide open, but I bolded the runners that I feel the mostly strongly about in those race.

Race 4 - MY MAN CHARLEY looks sharp, but will have to work hard for the lead from post 9.  KINDLY POET should be right up there, Filion chose this one over the Moreau horse.  THE LADIES MAN definitely needed a race.  Could be sharper tonight.

Race 5 - SIM BROWN drops and has controlling speed.  CHARLIE IS A JOKER shows some recent breaks and a poor effort in Nov.  If ready, he probably crushes these.  O U SEXY GUY has looked sharp his last two from off the pace, but steps up in class and doesn't really belong with the top two.  AMIGO DE GRANDE is probably still not ready.

Race 6 - JETTINS DRAGON has good speed and will go a long way with Filion and Corey Johnson.  PRO DEUCE looks solid, but his season's best is a 1:53 at Colonial, which isn't very good.  BREES CREEK is the closing threat.  Auciello and AMac have shocked us before, GLAMMIT deserves small consideration.

Race 7 - This race is ugly.  I like THAT'S THE LIFE, but Filion opted off for MIDNIGHT ROMP???  The question really is who is going to be on the pace.  AMac will definitely leave and this one was parked a long way and set a blistering pace.  Should benefit from the move to post 2 (since CURIOUS PHOENIX is scratched).  ART PROFESSOR has the back class, but has been burning $$$.  BLUE CHIP SUNSHINE deserves a long look.  Closed from a long way back to lose by only 2 length for first time Moreau.  I wouldn't be shocked to see this one win at a price tonight.  SKY MCFLY and AMAZON ART are inside threats looking to close from off the pace.

I really like Blue Chip Sunrise in the 7th. 2nd time Moreau and needed that last one off a month, and had some really good pace with no room late.

I went back to that replay and you are absolutely right.  Not sure if Billy ever touched the horse during the race.  Could be sitting on a big one tonight.

4pezz2 4pezz2 Not sure how the 5 gets beat off that trip, and not sure what Waples and Filion are doing staying in 3rd and 4th on the rail the whole race. That's twice Filion has done this tonight with a horse that was bet.
