Yes for alot of them it is about bitterness and getting even.

They are either barred from the  sport and lashing out or are loser degenerate gamblers who are sad they have lost their entire life savings betting on a "fixed" sport.

We try to be lenient here to a point. Generally I warn people before banning them. This guy has been banned several times. I feel badly for people with issues, but he is no longer my issue.
