Gonna start up a new NFL point spread pool. Here's how it works:
You select one team this week and you are awarded the number of points in which that team covers the spread. For instance, if the Packers are favored by 7 and they win by 10, the people picking them are awarded 3 points. If you picked the Lions and they are 5 point underdogs and they win by 3, then you are awarded 8 points. You can be awarded negative points if your team does not cover the spread.
The person that has the highest point total after week 12 will be declared the winner. Tie-breaker will be determined by the person obtaining the highest one week score. If the tie is not broken, then we go to the second highest one week score, etc.
The prize for this game will be $10 worth of pick4 tickets at your track of choice.
Picks are due by noon Central Time on Sunday. Tonight's game is ineligible due to timing. You may pick the same team more than once throughout the duration of this game.
