The answer to your question is that the Dolphins are quite possibly finally going in the right direction.  And no, they were not supposed to "challenge for a Super Bowl" since the 90's & the Browns have lived up to that expectation.  You can be the youngest team, blah, blah, blah & in a few years again be the youngest losers.  Browns will never be in contention, IMO, while Holmgren is calling the shots.  He's a coach, nothing more.
