A Rocknroll Dance stopped turning for home. Pet Rock went on by, but Dynamic Youth with George Brennan got him in the final stride in 148.4

I watched it live.  RNR Dance had a helluva tough trip.  Looked like a Pet Rock kind of trip but even he was just seeing too much air.  Dynamic Youth sort of picked up the scraps in a hellacious 48.4.

I agree completely....If Yannick and Mullinex keep saying he races better off a helmet, why that trip?

When it comes to handicapping, a great race to be lucky, rather than good. If you bet A Rocknrolldance, you won.

Interesting weekend for me. Bet the whole bankroll for the column, survived an inquiry at Yonkers to win $100 or so, and then get the wrong horse in the entry wining for a $10 exacta and a win ticket to cash for another $100 plus. Not real money, but the bankroll moves from 65 cents to $226.90. Looks like I will be around a few more weeks.

I will be at Scioto Saturday to lend you some expertise, Mr. Gisser. Between the two of us, we can break that bankroll real fast!

Could you please secure me a press pass for the grandstand/clubhouse, and barn area? Hopefully Dean Hoffman will give them to me again.  I will have to get fresh batteries in the official ITS camera before Saturday. ;D

I am a lowly Independent Contractor at ScD. Mr Hoffman will need to hook you up.

Does anybody really believe they got down there in 25.1?  Without any huge tucks?  That would mean Heston got out last in 27-.  I don't buy it.

Regardless, as I always say, it's a driver's game with Brennan & Sears going 1-2.

I do believe it Dolfan, Heston was stroking off the wings, even when taking back I think he easily could have paced a quarter in 27....jmo

Would have to be the fastest 1st 1/4 a horse ever paced while last.  idunno

Nope.  Still not buying it.  Someone will time the replay I would think.
