The drive on Johnny Rock for sure. I'm not sure why he pulled 3-hole with a young horse racing for a million.

Golden Receiver - definately should have pulled the give-and-take as I'm sure McNair would have cooperated. That said, IMO GR won the US Pacing Chp and the Haughton by getting relatively uncontested leads due to his reputation of "challenge me and you'll pay for it". GR got blistered but every driver will think twice about challenging him on the lead. I guess you can call it big picture racing, although I don't necessarily agree with it.

When even JS calls them questionable drives you know they are bad.
