Wednesday night, Vernon Downs hosted the legendary Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at their outdoor stage.

The weather was perfect as the concert began with a call to post by the E Street Band. Bruce rocked the house for 4 hours to a crowded infield of over 18,000 under a beautiful starlit sky.

SWEET! Thanks Gary.

I spent the day at the VA Hospital in Danville,IL today delivering stuff that our VFW Men's Aux donated. What a rewarding thing to do. They are so appreciative, and I feel so humble. They are truly heroes.
