I knew right off the bat they had to refund the money on High's horse. To me it looked like the gate could not get out of his way.

Was on the phone then with Cimags when I saw it and said "Holy shit J.D. Wengerd just about got killed by the gate." Turned out it was High. It was tough to tell with the snow, the phone, and the small screen who it was, but I thought it was JD.

I told cimags they had to refund the money and he said "No way. Northfield will not refund a dime!"  dorkusinterruptus

it probably was JD's colors.. he switched before the race.

Who was the driver on #6?

With a good trip he would have won the race.

I see that they tried do have another drivers change in the pick 4 again and then it was reversed. Then the trainer who was listed to drive gets taken out by the car??? What the Hell

Not at all Mike's fault.  I was up in the paddock when he was making a driver change at 6:45pm.  He told them he wouldn't be able to see in the weather conditions.

What exactly happened between the paddock and judges in which the change didn't get made, I'm not sure of............by that time I was embroiled in a race-track care controversy......in typical Mike High fashion he told me after things calmed down........"Now that was fun!" :o
