OT: Vegas Time
« on: December 26, 2011, 03:50:38 PM »
Touchdown in Vegas at 12:15pm tomorrow for a few days of frolicking in the sun!  And from the weather forecast (60's) it will be much better than last year at this time when I was there and it was in the 30's-40's!  Gary, will try to stop by on Wednesday or Thursday morning...towing my daughter along once again.  Pope, if I do, will promise to say hi to you this time!

Going to see Jerry Seinfeld tomorrow night at Caesar's...looking forward to it!   ;D

Mr. B, I am tentatively scheduled to work both days 4 am-noon. Hope to see you!  thumbsup

Pope has a bad habit of calling in at the end of the year, so I am not sure if he'll be there or not.  idunno

This is why Gary said tentatively. I've missed 3 days this year. I don't know how many Gary has missed, but our sportsbook has Gary at over under  8  and -300 to miss another day this year !!! thumbsup

He's really old Pope.  Cut the poor fella some slack.  Most his age would be in homes.

I can honestly say I think I missed three or four days due to illness, back pain, or gout this year. Dan also gave me three or four extra days off in October, but I felt it was unreasonable for MGM to expect me to work more than 46 weeks in 2011.

I may have gotten intoxicated one night when a friend died in Ohio and called off as well. I never abuse the point system and at this point in 2011, have 3 1/2 points. It takes 8 points to get in trouble.

With that in mind, and also knowing that I cannot get a perfect attendance day until at least June as it is, it is not unreasonable to assume that I could be absent one or two more days this year.  dorkusinterruptus

And oh yeah...supervisors take off whenever they feel like it without getting points, so saying you've missed 3 days is a bit of a stretch.

Take all those bandits to the cleaners MrB!  I'll be out in a few weeks to gather any crumbs you may leave for me!
