The damage suit of Arch Dunn against Mrs. Isabel Dodge Sloan, widely known thoroughbred owner, was dismissed the past week, when Federal Judge Church Ford granted preemptory instructions as asked by the defendant. Dunn sued Mrs. Sloan for $10,000 for alleged damages caused by being bitten by the stallion. High Quest, winner of The Preakness, etc. The accident occurred while Dunn was employed at Almahurst, farm of Henry H. Knight where the stallion was standing when the incident occurred.
